Please double-check the location of your appointment prior to your scheduled time, as appointment locations may vary.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

As a reminder, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments/no-shows, are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
